Terms & Conditions

1. I hereby declare that the entries made by me in the Application Form are complete and true to the best of my knowledge and based on valid records.
2. I understand and accept that once the fee is paid to the Institute, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. The monthly instalment must be paid on time between the 1st and 20th of each month. If not paid within this period, a late fee of ₹150 or more will be charged each month.
4. I promise to abide by the admissible rules and regulations concerning discipline, attendance, and all other policies of the Royal Computer Training Centre. I will follow the Code of Conduct prescribed for students and understand that the Institute has the authority to take punitive action against me for any violation.
5. I understand that 75% attendance in classes is mandatory. I agree that if my attendance falls below this requirement, the competent authority may take appropriate disciplinary action.
6. I declare that I will not engage in any agitation or strike to pressurize the Institute authorities nor participate in any activity that disturbs the peace and discipline of the Institute.
7. I understand that my admission may be cancelled at any stage if I am found ineligible or if any information provided by me is found to be incorrect.
8. If classes do not commence within 15 days of admission, the registration will be automatically cancelled.
9. If I remain absent for more than 15 days during the course period without prior intimation, my registration will be cancelled and no fee refund or claim will be entertained.
10. Before submitting the application form, I have verified the authorization of the Training Centre.
11. Regardless of my age or position, I will maintain a respectful relationship with the management and staff. I will follow instructions if asked to meet the management along with my parent/guardian.
