1. Course Fee Refund

1. Course fees paid for admission, registration, or enrollment are generally non-refundable.
2. Students are advised to review course details carefully before making payment.

2. Admission Cancellation

1. If a student wishes to cancel admission before the commencement of classes, a refund request may be considered at the sole discretion of the institute management.
2. Any approved refund may be subject to administrative and processing charges.

3. Course Discontinuation by Student

1. No refund will be provided if a student voluntarily leaves, withdraws, or discontinues a course after admission.

4. Course Cancellation by Institute

1. If a course is canceled by Royal Computer Training Centre due to unavoidable circumstances, eligible students may receive a refund or be offered enrollment in an alternative course.

5. Duplicate Payments

1. Any duplicate or excess payment made by mistake will be refunded after verification.

6. Refund Processing

1. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–15 working days.
2. Refunds will be made through the original payment method whenever possible.
